How to enter for 2013 calendar
The Calendar Competition is open to all primary school children years 5-6. The aim is to produce an image which will motivate people to reduce reuse and recycle more of their waste. The winning image will then be used to produce a 2013 year view wall calendar which will be distributed to all primary schools taking part in the competition.
In order to take part please send an email to shankscumbria@shanks.co.uk and confirm your participation in the competition. Then choose up to 3 images from each class and send them to us by 31st of October 2012. The following details will need to be put onto the back of the picture:
Name of child
Age
Name of the School
Address to send entries to:
Shanks Waste Management
Northern Resource Park
Hespin Wood

Once the winner is chosen on 9th Novemebr 2012, the school will be notified and the prizes will be on their way! The calendar will be printed on 16th Novemebr 2012 and will be sent to all participating schools in early December 2012 - just in time for the New Year!
